政府暫無計劃推緊急價格管制

商務及經濟發展局局長邱騰華表示，政府目前未有計劃在緊急情況下實行價格管制，或把個別物資種類加至儲備商品名單中。邱騰華今日在立法會答覆議員吳秋北的提問時說，香港是高度開放的自由港，除非有充分政策考慮而另有規定，所有商品可以自由進出，有效和快速應對市場需求。由於食米是本港主要食糧，因此在法例上被定為儲備商品。當局一直確保食米供應穩定，並有足夠儲備存貨，以應付緊急或短期供應不足的情況。邱騰華表示，各政策局和相關部門會繼續審視和留意各重要物資供求情況和市場變化，從而制定適合的措施，以穩定市場供應。他指，根據第五波疫情等經驗，確保巿場供應充足和穩定，減少供應鏈上的關卡和窒礙，加上有效的資訊發放、與內地政府密切合作、與業界溝通，是有效確保物資供應充足和價格穩定的方法。
