史美倫續任港交所主席

行政長官核准史美倫再度出任香港交易及結算所有限公司主席，任期即時生效，在港交所2024年股東周年大會完結後屆滿。香港交易所董事於4月27日的董事會會議中推選史美倫為港交所主席。行政長官根據《證券及期貨條例》核准該任命。特區政府深信在史美倫的領導下，港交所會致力進一步提升市場質素和競爭力，並鞏固香港作為國際首選集資平台及風險管理中心的地位。史美倫的主席任期與她擔任港交所董事會成員的任期相同。
