陳茂波：制定十年熟地供應預測

財政司司長陳茂波表示，新成立的土地房屋供應統籌組將會監察房屋和涉及經濟發展所需用地的情況，並制定未來十年可供發展土地即熟地的供應預測，定期對外公布。陳茂波與財政司副司長黃偉綸今日出席立法會行政長官答問會後會見傳媒。陳茂波說，土地房屋供應統籌組將取代過去同樣由他主持的土地供應督導委員會，統籌組的工作範圍更廣，其成員也較過往更集中於參與土地發展的政策局和部門。他指出，統籌組督導和監察政府的土地以至公私營房屋供應，土地供應方面不會只着眼房屋用地，也會看經濟發展所需用地，以及政府、社區和各類設施用地的需求情況。陳茂波續說，統籌組除了持續檢視各造地項目由研究到土地平整的進展，也會制定未來十年熟地供應預測；熟地供應預測有助統籌組更有系統地監察政府的造地過程和效率，確保需要時政府高層介入督導工作進展。他指，統籌組會確保有適切制度落實基建先行和創造容量的方針，督導和監察配合土地發展的運輸和其他基建工程，以及社區設施如公園等適時興建;統籌組會領導精簡整個發展過程的工作，制定有助釋放私人土地發展潛力的方案。黃偉綸表示，由他帶領的公營房屋項目行動工作組須按特首要求在本屆政府上任100日內提交具體工作建議，他有信心9月底做到。黃偉綸說，未來五年公營房屋落成量約十萬個單位，到第二個五年期落成量將大幅提升至逾23萬，工作組未來重點是提升第一個五年期的公營房屋供應量，盡快找出具實效和執行力的措施，也會與社會聚焦討論。他強調，當局不會再展開以往土地供應專責小組廣泛而耗時的諮詢，認為這是不適切、不需要的。
